Privacy Policy

Royal Equestrian Academy respects the privacy of all individuals who contact us or visit our estate. Any personal information provided through phone, WhatsApp, or in-person visits is used solely for the purpose of program coordination and communication.

We do not share, sell, or distribute personal information to third parties. Contact information is used exclusively for estate-related communications. We are committed to handling all personal data with discretion and professionalism.

Session & Attendance Policy

  • Sessions must be booked in advance via direct communication with the academy team.
  • Punctuality is required for all training sessions to ensure horse welfare and session structure.
  • Cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
  • Instructors reserve the right to modify session structure based on weather or horse welfare considerations.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Program fees are communicated directly during the enrollment process. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, reflecting the costs associated with horse maintenance and instructor scheduling.

In cases of genuine medical emergencies or long-term inability to ride, the academy management may review credit toward future sessions on a case-by-case basis.

Safety Policy

Equestrian sport involves inherent risks. Safety is our primary priority, and all training is conducted under professional supervision.

  • Riders must follow instructor commands immediately and without question.
  • Proper safety gear, including helmets and footwear, is mandatory for all sessions.
  • The academy is not liable for injuries resulting from a failure to follow safety protocols.
  • Horse welfare and stable safety are paramount; visitors must stay within designated areas.
